I was born and raised in northern BC and started to make my way south in Alberta as I went through school. I graduated from the Physiotherapy program at the University of Alberta in 2015, where I met my husband and moved down to Lethbridge.
I have played competitive soccer all my life, including playing ACAC while in college, and continue to play soccer here in Lethbridge. I love hiking, traveling, the outdoors, spending time in the gym, and training for triathlons!
My passion is treating athletes and the athletic population! I love working on injury prevention and getting people back to what they love. My approach is very movement and exercise focused, with some hands on treatment to help kickstart things. My goal is to help patients learn how they can help themselves get better and stay better!
